Even for the most experienced traveler, the majesty of a European cruise never fails to delight. The grand chateaux and vineyards of France and alluring resorts of the Italian Riviera. Here you'll find sophistication mixed with Old World charm. A deeply rooted sense of heritage. An almost tangible aura of romance in the sidewalk cafes and along the narrow, cobbled lanes. The joys are endless. The sights unforgettable, Once is never enough. The Seven Seas Voyager and Seven Seas Navigator sail from Spring well on into Fall for cruises across Europe's romantic seas. In the Mediterranean you can witness the myths and wonders of the Adriatic and Greek isles, tour the ancient shores of Black Sea ports, capture the exclusive allure of the Italian and French Rivieras and conquistadors and whirling castanets of Iberian shores.

A ‘TYPICAL’ DAY ON BOARD
On the ships you begin the day with a friendly wake-up call and breakfast. You will have been briefed the night before about the activities for the day ahead. Your first activity may be an entertaining presentation by a world-renowned expert, or a chance to watch as the ship navigates through to you next Port-of-Call. Next, prepare for the first shore landing of the day.
A fleet of sturdy dinghy's transfer you, your fellow travellers, and the expedition staff quickly and safely to otherwise inaccessible shores where you encounter wildlife, and visit historical sites.

You may stay ashore for the maximum allotted time, usually two to four hours depending on the day’s itinerary, or you may be ready to return to the ship sooner.

You have the chance to change and refresh before lunch, while the ship positions to the next spectacular site. Your afternoon activities might be another shore landing, or a short cruise through a beautiful land-scape, past marine life sleeping on ice floes or among whales.

By evening the talk is lively as you and your fellow passengers share the day’s experiences.
Evenings are for relaxing: curl up with a good book, spend a few hours chatting in the bar, or watch a movie. However, during the extended hours of an austral summer day with Arctic cruises, you may choose to participate in another shore landing or short cruise.

Passports & Visas
As of January 8, 2007, it is the policy of Regent Seven Seas Cruises to require passports for ALL travelers for all voyages, regardless of guests' nationality and ports of call and countries visited.  Please obtain or renew your passports early. Consult your travel professional or customs authority for documentation requirements for your cruise.

Due to the overwhelming influx of passport applications to the U.S. government, possible exceptions may be made in this policy for guests traveling to Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Bermuda prior to September 30, 2007. Guests who have applied for a U.S. passport but have not yet received it will need to contact RSSC Reservations immediately in order to receive approval for travel with RSSC. Please keep in mind that all of RSSC's Alaskan voyages enter both U.S. and Canadian ports and therefore require a passport by the government. If an exception is made, guests will need all proper documentation as well as a U.S. birth certificate. Again, please contact RSSC Reservations for all details.

NOTE: The U.S. State Department maintains up-to-date information on travel document requirements worldwide.

Blanket visas through RSSC cover only our shore excursions, not trips that passengers decide to do by themselves.  It is the passenger's responsibility to determine passport and visa requirements for their cruise itinerary.  It is the guests' responsibility to ensure that they are in possession of all required visas and travel documents prior to sailing.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises' ships do not have children's playrooms. However, Club Mariner activities for children and teens ages five to 17 are available on summer and holiday sailings. Young cruisers seem to really enjoy the interactive programs and crafts projects, making Regent one of the better luxury lines for children.

Q: Are children allowed? And what about children's fares?
A: Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or other responsible adult over the age of 21.  RSSC may restrict the number of children on board.  RSSC is unable to accept infants less than one year of age.

Q. Are there special children's fares?
A: For special pricing, contact reservations at 1-800-285-1835 as the information varies for each ship and sailing date.

Q. Are there special activities for children?
A. Our Club Mariner program is designed for different age groups from toddlers to teens, and is supervised by specially trained counselors. Club Mariner is available on select sailings only. Please ask your travel professional for details.
